Dare To Be Free

Teri Karjala • Feb 21, 2014

What comes to mind when you hear the word freedom?  According to Merriam-Webster.com freedom is defined simply as “The quality of state of being free as liberation from slavery or restraint or power of another.”  In the United States we celebrate our country’s freedom on July 4 th , though our country celebrates freedom on a continual basis.  Ask yourself are you truly free?  Do you celebrate your liberation as an individual by living out your heart’s desires, your dreams?  Or do you find yourself inhibited by your own negative thoughts?  Are you oppressed by your worst enemy your inner-me?  Afraid to become who you’re destined to be?  If you answered yes to any of these questions, it’s time to be free!

Dare to tap into those negative thoughts and emotions that are holding you down by utilizing Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) , here at the Creative Counseling Center. It is a proven fact that when your emotions are not properly in balance, your immune system becomes weaker creating a higher risk of contracting illness as well as improper balance within all aspects of your life. Freedom is ringing in the air, meaning your emotions should be free too.
