Anxiety surfaces by way of psychological, physiological, and behavioral symptoms. On a psychological level feelings of worry, fear, uneasiness seem to take over. Many people experience the physiological indications on varying levels which include, increased heart rate, elevated blood pressure, tension, sweating, and various other physical sensations in the body.
